Mama on the Run!

Welcome to the first post on my first blog!  I’m here to share my experiences of being a full-time working mama who is also a part of a small and wonderful little group of sole sisters.  My sole sisters and I run to stay fit, to get a good dose of endorphins, to keep our husbands happy, and our families healthy.  Ultimately for me, running has restored balance in my life and has been so good for my sole…er, soul.  Join me as I celebrate each day, one step at a time!
