“Outer beauty attracts, but inner beauty captivates.” Kate Angell, Squeeze Play
You know that you want to be a head turning, cute granny, or future granny, right? Why else do we dye our hair, buy expensive creams, exfoliate, regenerate, peel, etc., etc., etc.?
The road to change is a marathon, not a sprint. That makes change, and/or the thought of change, easier. As inner strength and resolve increases, and we take charge of our health, fitness, finances, faith, it oozes to the surface, and we start hearing, “Hey, new haircut?” You’re looking younger and younger!” “What’s different about you?” People notice.
Commit to one change that will be good for you. Give it a year to percolate, evolve, breathe…you’ll see.
Put on your soles to wake up your soul, and just go!
