Can you feel it?

With Spring just a few days away, thoughts of flowers blooming, birds chirping, longer days, the smell of fresh rain on new leaves, and tank top running bring a smile of anticipation to my face.   In all reality though, here in Pennsylvania we could be further away from all of that goodness than I’d like to think.  End of March and April weather can still be tricky with damp and rainy days or 40 degrees, cloudy and windy.  So for the next 6 weeks, it’s anyone’s guess. Which is why we have to always be ready for inside running on the “dreadmill”.  Lucky for us, Mama D gave us the best tips that she follows for her treadmill running.  Enjoy!
