Our Holiday Wish for You

As we come careening into the Holiday Season without any brakes, we have one simple wish for you….

be-kind

We know life is busy, stressful, and full of fatigue.  It’s full of excitement, ever-changing Christmas wish lists from the kids, the yelling of “Santa’s watching” all day long in attempts to get them to behave, and the non-stop reviewing of “did I forget” lists.  It’s a physically, emotionally, and mentally taxing time.  If you want to do a fitness challenge? That’s great. But only if it brings you joy and relief.  If it adds stress because you feel the “need” to work out because you had an extra glass of wine, an extra cookie (or dozen) that you lovingly baked with the kids for Santa, or seconds of your favorite comfort food – bag it.  I’m here to tell you you don’t need the extra stress. Strive for joy, peace, reflection, strength, gratitiude, and smiles with your friends and family.  You are beautiful and wonderful and loved just the way you are.  So, relax.  Give your self a break. Be kind to your body and your mind.  Your sole(s) will thank you in January.  Promise!

Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays,

Mama K, Mama D, and Your Soleful Mamas Tribe

  1. Thanks for the reminders of what to strive for this Holiday Season. Thank you, also, for the gift donation for my life coach business event, “3D Holiday: Design Your Dream December”. We explored what’s most important to us this Holiday season and how to design plans to achieve what we want most. Despite individual personality differences and holiday activity preferences, a peaceful holiday was desired by nearly everyone. Thanks for this post’s reminders and for contributing to the success of 3D Holiday! Love, Peace and Joy to you!
